This vessel is easy to operate single headedly...self launching anchor and winch controls placed for easy operation. maximising space for paying customers.

Moonstone was purchased by me in April 2013.
5 year coding was completed in June 2013 (YDSA) and mid term survey carried out end of March 2016.
All coding paperwork is available for inspection.
Moonstone was re-engine with a brand new Iveco 280hp last year and has completed less than 120 hours since!
Gearbox was serviced at the same time with new drive plates installed.
During the re-engine the deck and rear of the cabin were significantly remodelled to maximise deck space for up to 8 anglers.
Cost of the refit was in the region of £20,000. Engine and ancillaries alone cost in excess of 13k plus fitting.
New propeller from Clements marine fitted in 2015, spare prop included in sale as emergency backup.
Cutlass bearing also changed June 2015 so has approx. 90 hours running.
Anti fouled in April 2016
The boat is economical and cruises comfortably at 13-15knts (2300-2400rpm) with 19-20knts achievable at approx. 2600 rpm (engine rated to 2800rpm).
Moonstone consumes approx. 3.5 to 4 gallons an hour at cruising speeds.
All safety equipment for 60 mile coding is included in the sale except the liferaft which is hired, but can be transferred to the new owner if required (Adec Marine).

Other equipment includes Nelson Gas cooker and hob, Helm seat, 1 x crew seat and sink.

Fully functioning sea toilet fitted winter 2015.
