Engine:

Fitted with Caterpillar 300 HP and Masson Gear Box Engine, overhauled .Engine overhauled. New injectors fitted, starter, all new impellors in pumps, filters changed, new exhaust pipe and clamps.

Hydraulics:

GRP hull in very good condition. The wheel house and top section which is orange is made of allumium which means no rust less maintance. The deck all around is also allumium. There is rubber fendering all around the outside for protection.

This boat was built in England for an oil company oringinally and is in southern Ireland for many years being used as a pilot/line boat
in Whiddy Island oil refinery. Boat always mantined and underwent many surveys by Dept Of
Marine. Boat weighs 13 and half ton with one
inch fibreglass in hull. It has four sealed
bulkheads. There are two bunks, wash basin and
toilet up foward. Next is the engine room
where it is powered by a Caterpillar 300HP
Turbocharged which has just been overhauled and
resprayed and Mason gearbox, stainless steal
shaft and three blade propellor. Diesel tanks
either side of engine holding 1200LTS. Tanks
and pipes all cleaned out new filters etc. In next section thers is a storage space for rope
s etc. And furthest to the stern is sealed bulkhead for rudder shaft and hydrlic steering ram.
Boat is ideal for pilot line boat or pulling barges, survey work,etc. Has 3 and half ton bollard pull. Boat in very good condition from bow to stern and ready for work. Had liecence for 12 passangers and 30 miles offshore also very good sea boat. Everyting has been checked in boat all pipes sea cocks, new throttle cables, batterys,lights etc. Is protected by 4 inch rubber fendering all around and hand raills.
Can be transported by road no problem.GRP hull in very good condition no real damage to fibreglass coat.
