Other information:

Boat was purchased by me in 2015 after knowing the former 2 owners. Boat has been well maintained with a high maintenance record. Before i purchased the boat, the boat had had a new Shaft, new Stern Glands and a Fully Recondition Gearbox as well as a Reconditioned Injector Pump fitted.

Over the winter months all steel fittings have been upgraded to Stainless Steel i.e. Stanchions, new Skeg, new Rudder Brackets the boat has also had new stainless steel lighting connections fitted for the navigation lights.

The Fore Deck has been repainted and the hull anti fouled and the Wood around the boat has been freshly Stained. The Fore Deck also houses the filling points for Fresh Water and Fuel. In the pictures the boat is fitted with its winter Tornokey cover which is an older cover put on during the winter months to protect the boats own cover which is put back on in the summer months. Summer cover is Navy Blue in Colour, Winter Cover is Wine in Colour.

The boat consists of 4 sections, the first is the Cockpit which is to the Stern of the boat and houses a u shaped seating for 3-4 people.

The next section is the Wheelhouse which is accessed through a stable style door and this houses the Captains Seat, All Controls and the Engine Box. The controls are a Clipper Depth Sounder, a Garmin Map 551S GPS Global Positioning System, a Heath Marine Magnetic Compass and a M Tech MT500 DSC VHF Radio, there is a also a pioneer cd player. The Engine control panel houses the Stop/ Start Switch and gauges for the Engine RPM, Gearbox Lub Oil Pressure, Engine Lub Oil Pressure and the Engine temperature. There is also on off switches for the Navigation Lights, Anchor Lights, Spotlight and Bilge Pump. The Wheelhouse as stated above houses the Engine within the Engine box. The Engine is a 4 Cylinder Perkins 4108 48HP. The Engine is mounted on Rubber Vibration Mountings and drives a 3 Bladed Propeller through a reduction Gearbox. There are 2 Interchangeable Batteries which are Brand New for starting the Engine and the Electric Power Supply. Engine has just been fully serviced with new Oil and Diesel Filters, Oil Change, new Fan Belt and has been fitted with all new Silicone hoses. The electrical instruments are photographed separately as they are removed for safe keeping during the winter months.

The next section is the Saloon and is accessed via Double Doors from the Wheelhouse. The Saloon houses the Galley Area which has a 2 Burner Gas Cooker with Grill and Oven. A Sink area with a Manual and Electric Pump for Cold Water as well as a Paloma Domestic Boiler for Hot Water. The Saloon also houses 2 Bench Seats with Removable Table for Dining but can also be converted in to a Double Bed for Sleeping. The Saloon also houses the Television and DVD Combi which is mounted on runners for easy storage. To the starboard side of the Saloon is the Head which houses a Hand Pump Operated Marine Toilet.

The last section is the Forward Cabin which houses 2 Single Bunks and has the Emergency Escape Hatch.

Boat is fitted with 3 Brand New Powder Fire Extinguishers, a Brand New CO Monitor, 2 Brand New Smoke Alarms, Brand New Fire Blanket, 5 Self-inflation Life Jackets with Brand New canisters to replace out of date canisters and a Sealed First Aid Box. There is also Electronic Odeo Flare which is Brand new only bought in the last couple of weeks.

The boat will come with 2 25 pound Anchors with Anchor Chain and 5 brand new Fendors.

The boat has had a Vessel Condition Survey completed on the 18th of July for Insurance Purposes. This was completed at Methil Harbour by JDM Marine Surverys LTD the survey summarised the boat as being well maintained with supporting documents. The survey found the hull and structure to be in good condition with no damage or imperfections. It was found to have sufficient Firefighting and Personal Safety Equipment on board. The survey stated the Wheelhouse has a good package of Navigation Equipment and that the living quarters are well fitted out. The survey has estimated that the boat is valued at £16,000. The survey can be viewed in full on request to serious potential buyers.
