The safest way to purchase large price items from someone you do not know is to meet the seller and purchase it in person.
If this is not possible we strongly suggest that you consider a third party payment (escrow) system. Funds are not released until you receive the goods.

If someone sends you more money than you ask for, this is a scam. Do not accept this, you will lose your money.
