Additional Information:

'Lady Sarah' is a prime example of the Lochin Sports Cruiser built for distance travel and comfort. The current owner elected to build his craft using professional trades very much to his personal requirement. He has tastefully selected a layout and materials that would suit most serious cruiserman. Maintained in excellent condition, this craft has been little used with only minimal engine hours. A true example of a Lochin that itches to be used in the environment she loves the most - the sea in all her moods!

Accommodation:
From aft: Entry to the accommodation is by the centrally positioned door - aft in the Deck Saloon - with a protective overhang of the superstructure wing. The DECK SALOON / WHEELHOUSE offers fully upholstered seating to both port and starboard areas of the wheelhouse. The raised helm position is to port with full engine and auxiliary instrumentation, electronics and controls, etc., and an excellent panoramic vision from the elevated KAB suspension helm seat. The stylish console provides a unique and pleasing appeal with curved joinery and timber refinements being a significant theme throughout the accommodation. To starboard, seating extends almost the full length of the cabin with useful storage areas below and a large pedestal dining table. Angled steps to: LOWER CABIN ACCOMMODATION with the GALLEY immediately to starboard, angled and set out to maximise the use of the space. The electric hob and inset microwave oven arrangement works well with adjacent storage and cupboards for utensils and galley implements. The general timber theme is carried into t his environment with tasteful attention to detail shown in the mouldings and finish achieved. Central deck-head ventilation hatch. Behind the main bulkhead is a clever 'inset' table, folding down for chart work. Under, there is a further locker housing a built-in refrigerator and additional storage. The HEADS COMPARTMENT has an electric sea toilet, wash/hand basin and shower facility of reasonable size and headroom. The MASTER CABIN forward comprises a large double bed arrangement, centrally located with vanity unit and numerous storage lockers and hanging spaces within the cabin. An escape hatch above the bed provides light, ventilation and an emergency exit point. Externally the COCKPIT area is mainly clear and level with flush hatches providing access to each engine and tiller flat. Lockering is built into the gunwhale recesses and large transom scupper ports easily remove any surface water. There is good security in this environment with cockpit rails at the appropriate height and a 'break' is provided in the stern rail for access overboard. Laid teak gunwhale cappings add finesse to this area. The removable 'offset' ladder leads to the upper steering position, with essential instrumentation and controls to provide an alternative 'con' location. Wide access and ease of passage to the Foredeck from the Cockpit is evident, with continued hand-rails from fore to aft. Pressurised water system from on-board calorifier with 240v immersion heater - supplying the Galley and Heads compartments. Eberspacher warm air heating is fitted with outlets throughout the accommodation area s including the forward wheelhouse screens for demisting purposes. Good lighting arrangements including foot-lights within raised plinth areas.
