Optimist is a Offshore 32 with a very large deck area for her size can fish 10 but 8 is comfortable, Last summer august 2011 she had under gone an exstenive re-fit with encluded the following: the bottom taken back to origenal gell coat and coppercoated, so no anti-fouling for at least 10 yearstop side two pack painted to pretty her up, a full on deck toilet fitted (see photo's) bilge keels removed to improve speed and performance, a brand new 11/4 spencer and carter capstan with new stainless steel hydraulic tank a new bestoke stainless steel radar arch, 2x new vhf arials professionally re-wired new nav lights, new isolation change over switch. 4 x very heavy duty batteries.
the plastimo 2500 range LPG cooker was replaced about 3 years ago.
since the refit she now cruises economical between 14-16 knots fully laden and tops out at over 20knots.

There is also an opportunity for someone to take on an up and running charter business/ web site, hire rods and reels and mooring with furter negotiation.
Optimist will shortly be under going her 5 year survey and coding, so will have a 5 year coding.
