Redbay Stormforce 6.5 fitted with a 2006 Mercury Optimax 175HP engine; Included in the sale is the Parimorr bunked trailer which has 4 new tyres and a recent bearing inspection and regrease, the brakes are working, , The 2 speed winch is new as is the web tether.
This covered RIB is rated category "C" and per the CE plate can take up to 10 persons, a combined loading of people and gear to 1,925Kg.
We have owned the vessel for 3 and a half years during which time she has only been used very occasionally hence the sale. Prior to our ownership the boat was used for RYA powerboat training, the engine has done around 1500 hours - The local dealer checked out the diagnostics 08/12/16 and gaive her a clean bill of health.
New seats - 4 off are fitted and she is ready to go.
Bad bits - a weekly top up of air in the tubes may be required , there is no fuel gauge and the top vinyl cover is becoming tired .
Good bits - how she starts, runs and copes with extreme conditions, the high bow combined with large diameter tubes and a very clever hull design make this boat not just safe but fun as well.
Viewing is close to Dunoon and by arrangement. She is in a locked yard so normal office hours please.
