Hydraulics

Chain Steering
A Gemmell & Flow hand operated windlass is located forward on the main deck.

Gusher 30 hand fire pump and hose are located on the aft end of the engine room casing. A fire pump outlet, operated from a main engine pump, is located on the port side of the main engine casing.

A Perkins diesel fuel burner is located in the Below Deck Saloon, supplying heating throughout the vessel via a closed circuit water system

Additional information

The main deck saloon has 16 wooden seating which are all in good condition and mounted well. Access is via sliding wooden doors port and starboard. Glass windows in wooden frames are located on the sides and front. Aft of the seating area is the stairs down to the below deck saloon area.

Aft of the Main Deck Saloon, and accessed from the Main Deck port and starboard, are Ladies and Gents toilets with toilet, sink, mirror and light.

The Below Deck Passenger Saloon has soft seating port and starbord and back to back up the centreline. An escape hatch is located forward via a steel ladder. A small galley is located aft portside with a two hob gas burner and a stainless steel sink

Solid lifejackets for all passengers are located in boxes, port and starboard of the engine casing. Two 65 person liferafts are located on the Bridge Deck and 5 liferings on the Main Deck.

Fire extinguishers are located in all cabins and engine room.
