This vessel was built by W.MCKinny at Portrush in 1973.It is an 8 metre long sea angler with forward wheel house an large working deck aft.
The hull construction is of marine plywood. The exterior hull and decks have been sheathed in GRP.
The design features a deep "V" hull form with spray rails,a pronounced flare and chine construction aft.
The bow section,with a pronounced flare is double diagonal strip planked.The hard chine hull is 3/4" panels of marine plywood set on 4" laminated deep frames on 3' 2" centres.
The vessel has been in the present ownership for 17 years, during which time it has been upgraded with extensive new equipment.
