A very special bespoke Lochin - originally built for a very discerning owner with a passion for sports fishing. 'Missie Lou' has a comprehensive specification in terms of both her build characteristics and equipment much of which was recently replaced. The functional layout has all the essentials for short-handed operation and a performance best suited to this hull. ACCOMMODATION:
From forward - FORWARD CABIN: Four 'tiered' berths with storage under the lower berths plus fill in for a double. Access to the bow thruster. The GALLEY area to port has a stainless steel sink unit with pumped cold water (no cooker fitted). HEADS compartment to starboard with sea toilet. Companionway steps to: WHEELHOUSE with helm console to port housing engine instrument panels, auxiliary switching and controls. Wipers, trim tabs and bow thruster joy stick controls are in close proximity. The helmsman seat has the CB panel located below and opposite a navigator's area with dual upholstered seat again with storage below. The upholstery was recently replaced. Ventilation hatches are fitted above each position. An additional seat and locker with drawers under is located against the rear wheelhouse bulkhead, adjacent to the central door exiting to the COCKPIT AREA: The flush cockpit deck provides easy access to both engines with an additional tiller flat hatch to the steering gear and below-deck storage space. The inner gunnel has in-built lockers for fishing equipment and general gear. Two seats are fitted to the bulkhead under the extended wheelhouse roof which also provides a location for an inflatable dinghy on top. A slatted seat is fitted accross the transom with access to the stern ladder and transom mounted swim platform. High quality bollards and cleats are fitted and the substantial fendering system follows the gunnel shear. A CJ electric capstan winch is fitted to the starboard deck for anchoring from the cockpit. This vessel has been personally inspected by the broker and found to be in a very presentable condition.

MECHANICAL
Twin CUMMINS 6BTA5.9M3 turbo-charged and intercooled diesel engines, each rated at 315hp connected to Twin Disc MG506A adjusted angle gearboxes driving through 2" stern gear. Engine controls are manual single lever cable controls at the main helm. The shafts are reversible and fitted with NAB four-bladed propellers. SPEED: Reportedly 23 knots (max) 20 knots (Cruise) Recorded Hours (at inspection) - 600hrs FUEL: 900 litres in two polypropylene tanks independantly supplying each engine. WATER: 88 litres in one polypropylene tank BLACK WATER: Optional discharge through tank or overboard 2016 REFIT: Fuel tanks removed and cleaned and all copper pipework replaced, new Racor filters and all connections to the tanks/engines replaced. New bow roller plate fitted together with a CJ side mounted capstan winch. Engines both fully maintained and systems checked, stern gland adjustments, etc.
