the Newhaven sea warrior built by tyler boat company  is renowned for solid build and excellent sea keeping qualities .this extremely well maintained and in fantastic mint condition example TIDE END with all documentation and drawings from when built one owner before me

there is  2 berths in the forward cabin with plenty of stowage  also a separate heads compartment located on the port side  

the forward wheel house is fully enclosed and both comfortable and well equipped . the portside  helm position offers excellent visibility , there is a compact galley located on the starboard side  equipped with a 2 gas burner and sink and plenty of storage space , plus 2 very comfortable seating areas 

the wide spacious fibre glass rear deck offers a lot of room for up to 6 fishermen ,it is self draining and has a pumped deck wash as well as an awning that covers the whole back  plus an aft locker 

I have had the whole of the hull shot blasted and gel 2000 applied plus anti fouled this year (I have plenty of photos of this and a certificate from the boat yard who done the works )

the engine is a 6 cylinder perkins sabre 135M water cooled diesel engine (so clean you could eat your dinner off it } last serviced 2017
