SIMRAD and Package as below all fitted new 2023/24 Inc 12" Plotter, 9" Plotter, Remote and Hand Keypad at Helm position for seated operation of touch-screens, VHF x 2 + 2 x Hand-Portable Floating Units, Digital Compass Heading, B&G HD Radar, Electronic Fog-Signal / Horn, new 12V re-wire inc new switch panel, breakers/fuses, 3 x batteries + 2 x new bow-thruster batteries, ProNautic 24.30 Shore-Power and smart battery charging/conditioning system, planar warm-air diesel heating system (new heater fitted feb 25) with remote modem and app to smart-fone, digital fuel gauges linked to SIMRAD Network NMEA system, brand new Bennett Trim Tabs, CJ Capstan New motor and solenoid/switching fitted 2024, LED Nav Lights, Deck Lights, Wheelhouse Red and White, large deck-flood, side-power 90 Bow-Thruster.
The new engine is 12V, the previous one was 24V. All 24V fittings (bilge pumps, heater etc) have been changed-out wit brand new 12V units.

This is a first class example of the Offshore 105 which I have owned since 2014. No expense has been spared on the upkeep of this vessel, one of several small commercial vessels which I own and operate.
In addition to the total refit of all 12V and electronics conducted between late 2022 and early 2024, she has recently been completely re-fitted "mechanically" and all "vitals" replaced. This includes a new Yanmar 315 engine, with brand new loom, dashboard and wiring, brand new ZF220 1.5:1 gearbox, coupling and cooler, new exhaust including 316 s/s transom fitting, new raw water strainer/filter and hosing, 2 x brand new s/s 300 lt fuel tanks with balance lines and shut-off valves, complete dual fuel-line pick-ups and returns individually selectable, 2 x VETUS fuel-filters, digital fuel gauges networked into SIMRAD NMEA system, (selectable), brand-new Bennett Trim Tabs to cater for additional power provided by replacement engine, new s/s engine-bearers and mounts, quick-release coupling fitted to prop shaft. New anodes, new forward heads (manual) with mid-ships heads skin-fittings, valves, hoses and a/s system ready to receive mid-ships heads (not yet fitted). New rudder-stem post packing seal, new sea-cocks to heads, raw-water inlet and deck-wash. I have also had a bespoke 5-bladed propelor manufactured by Hamble Propellors (April 2025) at a cost of nearly 4K to enable the new engine and gearbox to perform at optimum performance.
The result is a vessel which will deliver a high standard of reliability due to all the new component fittings and replacement parts.
Re-Coded in March 2024 valid until March 2029.
