Dutch built Vehicle and Passenger ferry (492t displacement) used by us since 2005 as a diver training vessel .
engines were removed (2013) however the Schneider propulsion units remain.
Drydocked 2014 when anodes and paint were redone including a UHP blast of much of the
topsides.
Extensive flat deck area all teak covered including at bridge level with the bright fully
glazed wheelhouse also having a teak deck.
Potential uses for such a mobile platform could be:- Floating business HQ with
portacabin type offices, Bunk ship, Maintainance / Storage platform, Nightclub with
tenting over the deck. etc etc.
Below deck there are 2 seperate engine rooms the forward engine room contains the 90
KVA Mercedes 8 cylinder generator which runs well and supplies the ships needs.
Also below deck there is a large classroom, Galley, Store roomsx2, first aid room, lounge, shower room- Ladies and gents toilets are on deck level and can run on fresh or salt supply.
We believe the vessel could be re engined as her hull condition and build quality is beyond
what you may have expected.
