Terhi 440 + Road Trailer

Good condition boat in arguably the best colour and a multi-roller road trailer with good bearings and tyres including a winch and spare wheel - all ready to go.

The 8hp Honda outboard motor seen in the photos is not included but is available separately if required - Please see the photos for the condition etc

The Terhi 440 is a 4.4 metre Category D quality Finnish boat made from sturdy ABS/Foam sandwich construction which offers care-free maintenance and is virtually unsinkable - Please see the Company's YouTube Video on the attached link - it shows the boat afloat being cut in two with a chainsaw and both halves safely afloat with a person in each bit!

Really well thought out boat with two Rowing positions as well as an adjustable middle bench seat position (please see the photos of the seat in each position) to suit various heights of rower in the aft rowing position. Foot rests are moulded into the floor for each rowing position.

The remote fuel tank for the outboard is stowed under the aft seat that has a lockable hinged lid that has a cut out in the lid to allow the fuel line to pass from the tank to the engine with the seat lid down. There is still plenty of room for other items with the fuel tank in place.

The oars can be safely secured by putting the oar blades in the factory cut-outs in the aft seat moulding and locking the lid down. The oars cannot be removed without the seat lid being raised.

There is a seat forward that also has a lockable hinged lid which can store various items for example the anchor and line.

The hinges on both Fore and Aft seat lids are maintenance free as they are made of nylon with stainless pins.

This is not a new boat so there is the odd mark and scrape here and there but the boat is in very good condition - Please see the photos.

I do not know the exact date this boat was made so have guessed at 2003 although I think it could be later

The oars are fitted with Terhi's own swivelling and tilting captive rowlock design. There are rowlocks in both rowing positions.

A genuine Terhi bailer is included but not shown in the photos.

There are side shelves inside running along both sides below the gunwhale for storage of items etc

The aluminium outboard plate on the transom is fitted as standard with 2 stainless steel half hoops. It also features a lip on the inboard to stop the the outboard from rising when turning sharply under power if the clamps are not quite tight enough.

There are additional nylon cleats each side aft and a stainless steel eyebolt forward.

The multi roller road trailer benefits from a ratchet strap winch, indespension suspension, adjustable guide poles, jockey wheel, metal mudguards and a spare wheel. There are numerous new securing U bolts and 2 new keel rollers. It has good bearings and tyres.

Available separately is a 2003 Honda BFP-8D outboard twin cylinder four stroke standard shaft 8hp engine, tiller control, manual start. It has been fully serviced including water pump Impeller, engine and lower leg oils, oil & fuel filters and spark plugs. It features 12 Volt 6 Amp charging, a front mounted gearshift, a 4 Bladed propeller and a lockable throttle. It is complete with a genuine Honda Marine 12 Litre fuel tank and a brand new genuine Honda Marine fuel line with priming bulb. A basic rudimentary tool kit is also included in the under hood storage tray - Please see the photos
