Additional Information:

Lyrawa Bay was built as a roro ferry in 1970, was then thoroughly refitted in 2004 as a fish farm work boat/salmon harvest boat. Total length 27.1m but registered at 23.7. She has double Iras salmon pumps below deck, suction pipe and water separator. I have worked her successfully on various fish farm and cargo delivery duties around the West Coast of Scotland since 2015. She has been modified and improved to her current high standard during this time. She has recently had a new turbo fitted to the main engine. Anchor winch recently overhauled. Crane had various new parts also. She cruises at 8.5 knots, burning 40 litres per hour. There is a 10000 ltr diesel tank with fuel transfer and counter which also supplies all engines. A large comfortable fully fitted galley/mess, twin two bunk cabins, toilet shower, all at deck level under the wheel house. She has a comfortable, well layed, out modern fully equipped wheelhouse. Deck load 56 tons. She has proven to be a useful, versatile, maneuverable, work boat. The recent purchase of a new vessel is the reason for the sale. She is in daily use locally, but viewing can easily be arranged.
