The Mitchell 31 ft. is a multi purpose craft idealy suited for either leisure or commercial fishing/diving/cruising or work boat or even water ski-ing.They are well known for their hull design and heavy build quality which gives them their safe and excellent sea keeping qualities.
This Mk 11 craft was fitted out by the builders Mitchell and was displayed at the Birmingham boat show prior to being sold new in 1991.She has only had three owners since and has only 1000 hours on the original Ford Sabre 255c 6 cylinder diesel engine which gives her a top speed of over 18 kts.
She has Electric and manual bilge pumps.

Full very versatile heavy duty cockpit cover canopy which was professionally fitted which has detachable sides and rear panels. You can fish out of the wind and rain or with the panels removed use the top as a bimini sun shade.

She has the usual M11 Mitchell cabim layout with a large enclosed wheelhouse which has a large seat which doubles as an extra berth. From the wheelhouse there is a step down to access the seperate heads and the galley area which has a stainless steel sink and cooker. This then leads into the forward berth which is arranged in a V form to give two seperate berths with cushions and storage beneath and by adding a pull out panel converts into a double berth.
All the sides, foredeck, and cockpit areas have Treadmaster non slip surfaces.
She has s/steel hand rails around the cockpit and sides and the foredeck.
She is in excellent overall condition having been engineer maintained regardless of cost by the third and current owner for the last 11 years. She has only ever been used as a leisure craft and has never been used for any commercial or charter work.
This is a fantastic honest boat well worth viewing which is only for sale very reluctantly due to unforeseen personal circumstances.
She is currently on the hard until about the end of June whilst she is being polished and new antifoul is being applied. After this she will be on her mooring in Poole Dorset.
