Additional Information:

Penderyn is a 11.00 Metre ex. MOD port dive boat. she was purchased by myself in 2014 directly from the MOD disposal agents.

The vessel is of single deched all GRP moulded construction with a raked stem, transom stern and conventional round bilge hull form. The vessel is arranged with a partially raised focsle, single dechhouse and open deck aft.

She went through a refit in 2015 where all the dive apperatus was removed.
Major jobs were then completed including, rewiring with new 2 pole electrics using MCB's, shore power connection, new curcuit boxes, and a solar pannel which provides up to 9 amp charging to batteries.

The westebeke 12.5kw diesel generator has had a complete rebuild in 2016 by Yeo and Smith of Plymouth.

Below the stepped main deck,the vessel is aranged from forward withe a forepeak voide with a cable locker over ,accomodation, engineroom, tank room, and steering gear compartment/hold space aft. The single raised deckhouse is arranged with the wheelhouse control position at the forward endand a saloon area aft.

At refit the shaft was removed and turned a new cutlass bearing fitted and prop refurbished. and shaft re packed. rudder all good.
A new electric sea toilet was fitted.
Galley kitted out with twin hob and convection oven and all electric appliances, cuttlery ect. Sink with running fresh water from a 52 gallon stainless steel tank. there are 4 bunks below, and a table between the two bench bunks.

Two 50 gallon s/steel tanks in the void space hold the diesel fuel.

There are two slim line heaters fitted onboard fitted 1 in lower mess and 1 in wheelhouse.
Lighting is both 24 volt and 240v.

Access to engineroom is via doorway in lower mess but also has a hatch under carpet in wheelhouse. Engine is a Perkins Sabre 130c diesel engine, which was fitted later through the vessels working life. New starting motors and alternators were fitted to both main engine and generator 2016.

The main engine drives a Jabsco bilge pump connected to a manifold with piped suction to the engineroom, fwd accom,and tank void space, along with electric pumps and manual bilge pumps n all spaces.

Safety gear retaind are 10 man liferaft needs servicing, medical kit, 2 perry buoys, with flares thermal protectives.
4 porttable fire extinguishers.

There are 2 battery banks 1 for gene. And bank of 4 for engines and auxillaries.

There are loads more of gear aboard with spare anchors ect.

A new electric anchor winch fitted in 2016 with cable and rope conected to the anchor.

wheelhouse has been carpeted and two settee's are used at present.
