Can sell the boat without the engine for 1k.as I have a buyer for the engine.
Currently in a marina, not expensive mooring however I have found a considerably cheaper private mooring nearby for permanent live aboard.
The boat has been stripped out to enable a refit as accommodation and to access the hull for renovations internally. She is sound below the waterline but needs some attention above.
I live aboard at the moment, primitive but liveable.
