Powered by Twin KAD42's 230hp which pushes this boat effortlessly between 15 to 18 knots cruising depending on load burning around 2.5 litres a mile for both engines but will happily cruise at slower speeds given better fuel economy, this boat will maintain cruising speeds through most sea conditions so its very easy to calculate your fuel consumption on long passages.

This Rodman 1100 is a credit to previous owner's and has a very modern feel throughout the boat with a synthetic teak deck from front to back running down both sides of the full walk around cabin out onto the large bathing platform. Cabin has been fully re fitted in black and white to match the colour scheme of the exterior of the boat this theme continues up onto the fly bridge which also has a black bimini to give shade on sunny days.

The main cabin has seating to a table for four people which folds down and makes a large single bed, there is a full size sink with mixer taps giving hot and cold water, the cooker is a Nelson double gas hob, grill and oven with two shelves, and is like brand new with two gas bottles the fridge freezer is a year old and still like brand new which runs on the boats own 12v system and 240v when on shore power.

There is a large double bed with near new memory foam mattress with seating and a built in cubard for spair clothing in the master cabin which has a dividing screen to give a bit of privacy from the guest cabin which is behind its own door and has a small double and again seating and a cubard with a nearly new memory foam mattress with black custom made mats/carpets throughout the whole boat.

A descent size Wet room with mixer tap shower, sink and seaflow electric toilet the boat has 2 150ltr fresh water tanks which has an electronic water level gauge.

Out on the rear deck there is a lot of under deck storage and a live bait tank big enough for a person to climb in, there is a black canvas retractable sun cover which gives shade to the deck if required, the bathing platform is accessed through a door and has a good solid stainless steel boarding ladder, there is a fresh water deck shower for washing out on deck and a salt water deck wash.

The triple patio doors are fully functional and when fully open really give this boat a nice feel stainless steel ladder leads upto the fly bridge which seats 4/5 people, the boat can be fully controlled from the fly bridge including auto pilot and trim tabs with matching controls to the main helm position in the main cabin, there is great visibility out of the large windows all around the main cabin which are the original windows with the original glass and not one leak all three window wipers work perfectly and we have blackout window covers to stop the sun fading the upholstery in the cabin.

This boat has been used very lightly by myself for the last year for fishing and weekend breaks at the marina where she is moored.

This boat is a turn key and go package and if sold for the right price the buyer can take everything that is on the boat the boat comes with tons of paperwork folders full of history, build sheets and original bill of sale, documents of all previous owners right back to the import/export paperwork when it come to the UK.

Boat is still being used by myself with the family to date, so the current hours of 2240 will most certainly go up, this boat needs to be seen to be appreciated, viewings welcome but no time wasters please.

I'm in no rush to sell this boat as the current contract for the berth runs to the end of August which I have to pay, boat or no boat and If needed I would also be willing to help a potential buyer, by letting them use the berth until they can find a place to berth it, this would have to be discussed and agreed prior to buying the boat and would incur some cost.
