Boat is in very good condition I have the builders build sheets and lifeboat certificate from Harding and hull lay up etc.
It also has 4.550 liters buoyancy capacity. Weight of boat with equipment 3.2000 kg.
The drawing is off the the boat plan with the engine below wheelhouse floor no construction done yet. No VAT.
