Cleopatra Workboats UK was originally set up in the UK by DSMarine who went on to supply almost 30 boats into various locations around the UK and Ireland. The brand ‘The Cleopatra Fisherman’ established itself well in the market place and produced a diverse range of boats including Fishing, Angling and Survey models.
Since these early days, we have made some big changes, not only doubling the size of the range of boats that we offer, but also having the benefit of more than twice the capacity for producing boats with our new purpose-built 3500 square metres factory to run alongside the existing one.
Trefjar ehf have produced over 500 boats now and supplied them into various sectors of the workboat market place over the last 45 years and, as testament to their quality, many of the Cleopatra brand devotees remain faithful to the product which has proven to be dependable, robust and worthy of the Icelandic Workhorse reputation.
Our aim is to provide a stress-free process which will enable any prospective customer to be involved with the design/layout and functionality of their new boat, thus offering a ‘Bespoke’ approach to the build from start to finish. We realise that every operator will have a slightly different set of requirements in what they will expect from their boat in its working environment, so involvement throughout the build guarantees that you will very happy with the end result.
The Cleopatra range of Workboats has established itself well in the extremely harsh and demanding conditions of the North Atlantic Ocean.. A real testing ground for any vessel large or small.. A Pedigree to be proud of and indeed we are.
