Very reluctantly for sale due to health problems of one of the two shareholders. Engine Cummins / Mercruiser 4.2 litre diesel, 220hp, hours 1400. 300 litre diesel tank (filled to the brim December 2022 and dosed with diesel bug killer). Engine fully services by Stuart Monk (Arvor Marine Parts) December 2021 including rebuild of raw water pump and replacement of all engine anodes. Out of water September 2022 hull clean, antifoul, hull, prop and rudder anodes changed, prop polished, hull and superstructure polished. 100 litre fresh water tank. On deck auxiliary steering and throttle positions. Live bait well. Deck wash. Sink, cooker and toilet. 7.5kg Bruce type anchor, 10m chain 100m rope. Full set of fenders. VHF radio, MMSI registered. Fish finder. GPS course plotter. Compass. Carbon monoxide alarm. Fire extinguisher. Deck light. Navigation lights and radar reflector. Mooring ropes.

Other work done since purchase: 1) Raw water alarm fitted. 2) Wired for shore power, including distribution board and circuit breakers, 13A sockets, battery charger, 5V USB sockets. 3) 2 Batteries and 3rd battery for emergencies. Dash mounted battery condition display. 4) Anti-theft GPS tracker fitted which also allows battery voltage to be monitored by mobile phone, never arrive to a flat battery (Annual subscription applies). 5) 3 sea cocks replaced and others checked and greased. 6) Bilge pump replaced. 7) Television and radio. 8) Rod Holders. 9) Main roof hatch in steering position replaced. 10) Wiring for Webasto cabin heater replaced and heater serviced. 11) Deck speakers. 12) Bait cutting tray. 13) Alderney ring and buoy for anchor retrieval.
