Motor Cruiser (Felix Pax)
Present owners since 2018

This boat is up for sale for reasons of the health and age of the owners at £17,000.00. It is for sale only with everything in the inventory.

We knew there was extensive work required when we purchased her. Unfortunately Covid stopped all work for 2½ years. During that time she was fully tarped over and remained completely dry.

The hull is GRP and the topsides wood. For those who don’t know what a Bourne is like, she is in effect an old Norfolk cruiser with the sliding top. With double berth in the bow, centre cockpit, (an area large enough for a living area and additonal berthing), galley and dining area, and joinable heads and bath/shower into a bathroom.

The work that has been carried out includes the removal of the totally unsafe electric wiring system and also the very delapidated plumbing. Therefore a full wiring loom is needed.
New fuel and water tanks have been installed. They need to be plumbed in. As do the galley (kitchen) and heads (bathroom) fittings. The fittings are all on the boat. And all are new. About a third of the bilges have been completely sorted.

There is full inventory of everything on board and with the boat. From washing machine to Eberspacher. All new and original items are listed and identified. This is a project, but with much basic work completed, and a lot of brand new equipment and materials already on board, ready for installation and use, as well as good originals.

Felix Pax is in a locked compound in Buckden, Cambridgeshire. The compound is locked 24/7. So viewing is by appointment only.

We can be contacted for more details, the full inventory and for any specific queries, and of course to book an appointment. Phone calls after 10.00 and before 21.00, only please.

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO SELLERS YOU CANNOT VERIFY AS GENUINE.

If possible, travel to view the boat or equipment yourself and only buy once you are happy with it.
