The condition of the hull is excellent and work is required to the decks. Bilge pumps are fitted to each compartment with an electric Rule Pump in the engine compartment. All necessary fire fighting and life saving equipment is on board including a 12 person life raft. The wheelhouse is fitted forward over the foredeck with a small accommodation comprising 2 benches. The propeller has been fully serviced with a new stainless steel prop nut and 316S/S rudder and pintal. There are drawings available of the hull plans and elevations including the proposed conversion to cruising vessel .
