The boat has just had a full rebuild it is a former navy personnel carrier it is off HMS EXETER WARSHIP TYPE 42 DESTROYER, the rebuild includes , new wheelhouse ,new deck, engine box, all new gunnels and stern,all off the timber work has been done with either 3/4 or1/2 inch marine ply and then coated with fibreglass there is no bare wood anywhere on the boat externally. The engine has had new bowman heat exchanger , new bowman gearbox oil cooler and pipes, fuel pump ,most of the engine water pipes have been changed , plus sea cock inlet all new. It has also had a full service . The gearbox is a Borg Warner 3:1 velvet drive ,the engine is a Perkins 4236 it runs perfect and is a great starter the boat is capable of 13 knots and will cruise all day at 7-8 knots ,the fuel tank is a 50 ltr plastic tank fitted in stern locker. The boat has teleflex steering and has had new morse engine controls fitted , all new led lights and work lights ,full rewire ,new batterys x2 on a isolater change over switch , all new stainless steel handrails ,new electric cápstan set up to hall anchor and pots , the boat comes with anchor chain and warp, fenders ,mooring ropes ,boat hook.
