Introducing the new Sutton workboat this new Morden design follows on from the successful MK 1 Sutton renowned for its low hp to speed ratio that to this day for its size cannot be matched.
This new design is 130mm wider per hull and 300mm taller between the the water line and the underside of the bridge deck reducing slamming, than its closest competitor.
We can build from 10 - 14m long with 2 beams either 5.3 or 6m but there’s no cutting and joining as the mould can be adapted for both.
This brand new modern design has a unique concaved hull design giving it maximum carrying capacity and easier to push through the water, with low hp less licence requirements and of course fuel saving.
Our first MK2 was 14m long 6m beam has proven successful with a pair of 160hp Doosens top speed of 14knts and cruising at 9 knts with small fuel burn, displaces 1.5 inches per ton
