We are seeking dedicated individuals to join the crew at the Steamship Sir Walter Scott as a Customer Services Assistant. All of our crew play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our services at Loch Katrine, the Birthplace of Scottish Tourism. We are seeking to recruit indivuduals to work across our site with opportunities on our passenger boats, cafe and site maintenance areas.

Duties will vary by department but will include

- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Maintaining cleanliness and compliance with health and safety
- Supporting members of the team to provide a memorable experience for our visitors
- Following food safety guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth workflow
- Help with other tasks as needed to support the overall operation of the site
