The boat has been left to me by my late father, he used it as a commercial fishing boat single handed.
It has stood on ground for about 5years.
The engine is new reconditioned never been to sea.
I have a capped A licence entitlement for the boat (not shellfish or bass) a reconditioned engine (never been out the box)
