Kubota 6.5 kva generator provides 220v ac power. hot water provided through 220volt immersion. 430w solar panels provide alternative charging for the service and engine batteries. New service batteries fitted October 2021. Tankage 2000 litres of diesel 1000 litres of fresh water. 55kg cqr anchor on 100metres of 12mm chain as primary anchor. Secondary anchor is a Danforth on 60metres of 10mm chain.

Double with twin bunks forward. Double aft needs completion. Bench seating and table makes additional sleeping for 2 in the saloon. Drop table and bench make a single berth in the wheelhouse. In total sleeping for 9 when the rear cabin is completed - currently 7.
shower and heads at the bow. further cabin ready for fitting as another bathroom.
Saloon has storage under benches and room to create more storage. Linear galley with four burner GN Espace gas oven, double sink, and Waeco CRX50 24volt fridge. wood burning stove. Refleks diesel stove on board not fitted.
I lived aboard until July 2020 but has had no one on-board since . Before I purchased her the boat had previously been a coded day charter business.
Last hauled out in 2021. Had complete hull recaulk, paint & anti-foul, anodes replaced.
Boat is a project. It has had considerable investment in my ownership but is now in need of the usual wooden boat maintenance particularly recaulking of deck and cosmetic improvement. Tremendous scope for permanent liveaboard or business. Due to ill health and ongoing treatment I can no longer remain on her and need to be in the UK hence all offers will be considered.
