FatCat 4000. This all new Roto Molded Multihull craft from New Zealand is our latest edition to our amazing range of PE boats. This seriously tough versatile multihull is amazingly stable, safe and very tough with its Roto-moulded PE hull and alloy checker plate deck. Stability, sea handling and unique design is the major attribute and selling point of this little Multihull. Whether you are looking for an affordable autilitarian craft for commercial work boat, dive boat, fishing boat etc. A real all-rounder from down under.
FATCAT 4000 key attribute over a conventional mono hull is its amazing stability both underway and at rest even with a large load. With its high freeboard, self-draining cockpit and over 300 litres of buoyancy built into the hulls this also makes the 4000 virtually, unsinkable. Even with a large load or weight to one side it remains stable as shown in some of the images. The FATCAT 4000 is very impressive underway with up to a 40hp outboard or just cruising along small powered petrol or electric outboard. A very user-friendly craft underway and to launch and recover.
The external beam is large at 1.9m which for a 3.80m overall length gives you plenty of open floor space to move around. Primarily designed as an open decked boat for a tiller controlled outboard, thus giving you good open workspace on board. Alternatively, it can be rigged with our standard steering or jockey console for a remote outboard of up to 40hp. Although “Arctic Grey” is our standard colour with robust Aluminium checker plate deck as Advertised hull only£4995 net. We can also offer a choice of special-order hull colours that are subject to availability with POA. As standard there is a large anchor locker with bow roller plus two storage lockers, four grab rails along and rod holders.
