Built in 1982 as beamer. Later converted into twin rigger and fly shooter.

Main engine: This is a 6-cylinder Deutz MWM 645. Engine can do max. 3600 HP MCR! It is a slow runner. Last overhaul was in 2002. So, the engine has been closed for 17 years. But it has been inspected every 4 years and just runs smoothly. However, it is now time she got an overhaul because the gaskets and O-rings have dried out. Last year owner did 1 unit but it looked so good that they decided in consultation with a Dutch engine company, LBR, not to do the other 5.

Ship has an adjustable propeller of 3200 mm. This installation was overhauled in 2018. They had damage and it was repaired then. The entire propeller and propeller shaft was removed and was 100% repaired.

Equipment bridge:

Fish hold: 2 ice machines and 1 cooling system. Can hold approximately 1400 boxes in hold.

Winch is a 6-drum Maaskant winch. The winch can be made operational again. Because she was converted into a twin rigger/fly shooter they don’t use her. The same applies to the windlass / slip wires. The anchor winch works, but because they do not use the slip drums this will have to be made operational again if needed.

Owner will remove from the vessel the following items that they will use for their new build vessel. So, these items are not included in the price.
- all fishing gear such as, nets and spare nets, doors and middle weight, fishing lines, spare lockers, hydraulic installations fly shouter winches, (original Trawling Winches will remain)
- Marport system. This system consists of 5 sensors, loaders, computer and 2 hydrophones which are located on the hull under the waterline
- There are 2 satellite domes on the vessel; 1 x KU-band and 1 x KA-band. The KA dome with its accessories is not included the price. The KU-band will stay on board.
- The TV dome with its accessories.
- the life boats are leased so there is no ownership of the life boats.
- 2 x satellite phones.
- there are 2 keys for the MaxSea. Owner will take 1 key and leaves 1 key on board.
