WightHunter was built and designed by Professional boat builder Garry Bull, built from plugs and moulds all made by himself.

Garry is now the new owner of Wilson Boats, and undertaking a revamp of the existing models.

WightHunter was built as a demonstration model, hence the high quality of the construction, also being a catamaran WightHunter boasts a large stable deck space ideal for fishing, diving or just cruising.

The Twin 115hp fourstrokes newly fitted just prior to launch (2015) provide exceptional performance, currently propped for economy (13,25 x 19p 4 blade) reaching 30 knots at full throttle with a very economical 18 knot cruising speed. Previously reaching a top speed 40 knots with a different prop setup (13 x 17p 4 blade). The fully serviced motors have barely been run in, with less than 100 hrs! Also with three years warranty remaining.

The electronics are all connected using NMEA 2000, making using them a pleasure to use through the Lowrance HDS9.

With the Electronic Compass fitted the Radar and plotter image can be combined, letting you know where you are and what’s around you in bad visibility.

The Sidescan Sonar Is a fascinating addition, very useful for locating fishing or diving spots.

Even the FM/AM radio is operated through HDS9, you can even stream your music from your phone!

A Marine Insurance Survey was undertaken at the time of construction completion and was praised by the surveyor as being better than many other commercially made boats he’s surveyed.

A copy of the survey can be made available to serious buyers.

The boat currently sits on a drive on floating pontoon so no antifoul.
