Sea Otter is a Hull HV236 - 13.5m Steel Trawler yacht, constructed 1994.
Converted in 2016/17 to create an open plan galley/living area. Lower deck converted into a seperate bedroom space.
Seperate shower and toilet.

Engines in good condition.
A lovely boat that would make a great home or recommission it to go back to sea. The engines are complete and have never actually been fully hooked up so they are as new, props etc come with the boat.It has unfortunately been empty for a year so will need some TLC but it is extremely solid so just superficial things to be done.
It is currently moored in Bideford but not sure if mooring is available. There are other moorings available, please contact me for details.
