How we collect this information and what it is used for
  1. User accounts

  3. Contacting an advertiser about an advertisement (referred to as an “ad enquiry”)

If you want to contact an advertiser regarding one of their advertisements you can use the FAFB Ad Enquiry form. In order for the advertiser to be able to reply to you, you will need to supply your first name, last name, email address and your message. You can also supply your phone number if you want to, although it is not required. All information you provide in your enquiry will only be seen by FAFB and the advertiser to whom you are making the enquiry.

  4. Placing an advertisement

Placing an advertisement on this website requires a user account (see above). When you create an advertisement you can decide whether or not you want your name to be displayed, whether or not you want a contact phone number to be displayed and whether or not you want to be contacted via email (your email address is not displayed - users fill in an Ad Enquiry form which is then sent to you via email).

  5. Paying for an advertisement

If payment is required for an advertisement that you are placing on this website, we use SagePay’s secure online payment processing service. SagePay is one of the UK’s leading payment processing companies and you can read their privacy statement here. Information required by SagePay whenever processing a payment includes: first name, last name, email address, address first line, address second line, town, postcode, county/state and country. As part of the payment process, SagePay will require you to choose a payment method (e.g. credit card, PayPal) and provide your credit card details or PayPal account details.

  6. Using the FAFB contact form

If you want to contact FAFB via the online contact form, you don’t need to create an account but we do require your name and a valid email address. You can also supply your phone number if you want to, although it is not required. All information you provide in your enquiry will only be seen by FAFB, and we will only use this to reply to you.
