seals fitted.

New Vetus HTP3010 helm pump and new 480mm spoked wheel

Wheelhouse refitted, carpet lined with new instrument panel fuse panel, gauges and

electrical 3 way Bilge Pump Switch Panel with Alarm

Two new 120 amp hr marine batteries, split charger and Vetus 175amp battery Isolator

changeover switch fitted.

The boat has been completely rewired.

Forepeak refitted, all carpet lined, led down lights and fitted under seat storage

New Whale gusher hand bilge pump, 2 new Whale SuperSub 500 bilge pumps

with float switches and check Valves and manual override.

Engines

Completely overhauled BMC 2.2 56HP ( many new parts with no expense spared) excellent

compression and starts on the button, fitted with Borg Warner 2.1 gearbox with new seals fitted

The boat comes with 2 spare BMC 2.2 engines one of which is a runner.

FORD 80HP FORD 2700 SERIES DIESEL ENGINE with Borg Warner 2.1 gearbox is also included with this sale and is

compatible with current engine bearers and prop shaft coupling for easy fitting, this engine can be seen running.

The hull had all antifoul removed and sealed with west epoxy system

New 10mm plate rudder and stock

New 10mm steel keel iron with steel side plates all fitted with new anodes.

custom made beach keels included so boat can be used from the beach if required.

This IP23 was refitted for my personal use so no corners cut and only marine approved

materials used. Any inspection/survey welcome.

A very reluctant sale, after suffering a fractured back I have had to admit with much regret it will

be beyond my capability to work the boat.

This is probably the best example of an IP23 to be found and will give years of trouble free use

and will be a fantastic buy for someone looking for one of these fantastic sea boats
