Family and work changes force this sale. Engine is sound and starts well but will need attention to the clutch. (Rattles at idle speed in gear) Plywood deck was delamimating so i have removed it last year with intention of using composite decking. Im not going to get this completed now. You will be buying a project boat which will require hull washing, anodes (included) the deck completing, engine box making, aft locker rebuilding and fuel tank securing. Vessel will need to be collected from Sunderland Marina with low trailer or crane. Due to a poor mooring of the boat on my port side, port side cabin port is smashed and paint is damaged. Engine had Bowman cooler cleaned last year and new rubber ends. The fuel tank originally was a long thwartships tank and needed to have a great deal of fuel in to avoid sloshing so she now has a brand new 25ltr plastimo tank which will need securing properly once the deck is complete.
