Additional Information:

A good overall condition Lochin 38 there isant a better mono hull available. The boat has a good basic build and is ready to work.

The boat was 2 pac painted last winter along with a toilet cubicle and basic galley fitted down forward.

Lochins have the most usable space in class with the deck space dwarfing most other 38 foot mono hulls on the market without compromising the wheelhouse.

New engine installed at the end of July due to failure of old unit. The boat has been in Weymouth since new and was always looked after. She has a strong skeg ect so could take the ground easy enough.

We are currently awaiting a new prop for the boat to sort out rpm and give true performance.

Based on the old engine we are expecting 18-20 knts tops with a 13-14knt cruise.

Only forsale due to not enough skippers locally and I can only run 1 boat at a time my self.
