Additional Information:

Mk1 Mitchell with Mk2 facelift

I have been told you would not be able find another Mitchell 31 quite like this anywhere because this one is very special with many extras never seen on a Mitchel Mk1 or Mk2 for that matter!
This boat truly is a one off!
From the superb handling to the amazing quality stainless steel throughout this boat is fully loaded in every respect and has the advantage of having a powerful yet economical 300 b.h.p engine.
She cruises comfortably at 10-12 knots and has a top speed of 16 -17 knots.
She will haply cruises at 10 knots and is like she is just purring with very little engine noise.
Mitchell 31's are renowned for being very seaworthy boats indeed and can take any weather you throw at them.
If you are looking at a Mitchell 31 it will be no surprise to know that the police force used them for a number of years and they have served many fishermen and pleasure owners alike due to their amazing handling, robustness and cockpit size.
This particular Mitchell 31 went through an absolute amazing refit back in 2005, with no money spared whatsoever in any shape of form, the owner at that time just wanted it a certain way and that was what he got! It has been rumoured that he spent over 50k on top of the original cost of the boat!
Just to try and give you an indication of the ‘no expense spared standard’ the three battery charges fitted are in excess of £1000 to purchase!
Just by observing the photos I have put together with this advert and by playing the videos I hope you can fully appreciate just what a bit of kit this boat really is.
This boat comes complete with a current ‘in date’ survey for your inspection and has past surveys for your inspection; also it comes with a valuation from this year.
Also.. Unbelievably it has 99% of every book / user guide / brochure of everything that was ever fitted to her.

Bad bits!
Paintwork starting to look slightly tired here and there but nothing too terrible and I have priced it according to allow you to have it repainted if you wanted it mint, so please don’t expect to try and haggle me down as you are already getting a real bargain!
Front hatch could do with looking at as it leaked a bit, but we had a cover made that stopped any leaks, probably easy fix.

The recent valuation I had carried out on this boat this year was for £35,000.00
So I have priced it very fairly indeed at £27,000.00
If you are after a ‘completely finished’ very easy to handle, cut ‘above average’, trouble free good leisure cruiser - fishing boat then this could be the boat for you.
All you need to do is turn the key! It’s even full of fuel and ready to go!
The asking price is the price if you want to own this lovey boat, it’s worth every penny and I’m not prepared to drop as I honestly would rather keep her, so please don’t waste both our times and make any offers as the answer will be no, sorry.
This is one of those boats when you will say “I should have purchased that” when it sold, as it will not be for sale long!
Now without trying to sound rude:-
I really don’t want to PX your old Cortina, Range rover, caravan, boat, or your wife. No timewasters, dreamers, joyriders or sales please. Thank you!
