1950's 34ft (10.5m) James Noble and Sons wooden sea fishing boat "Leah Brooke"

Working Gardner 6lxb engine, current setup has 6 births below deck, two separate and one main room with 4. 2 radios, 2 gps with c-maps from montrose to hull, depth monitor, furuno radar, heads, emergency raft.

Selling as an unfinished project (hence the low price-tag) as I'm just not getting the time to get the work done, and she really deserves someone that can give her the attention she needs! Will need painting, a new exhaust, and support on one of the beams, but she's solid in the water, and crucially below the waterline.
