I will consider selling the vessel on its own or the vessel with license entitlement before I start the pre-registration survey and transfer of AFL7 entitlement which is the original license that came with the vessel.

Or I will complete it myself and the vessel will be sold at a higher price after survey, registration, license transfer.

I have been in touch with Registrar, MCA and MMO who have stated that its a standard process.
I have already obtained the original builders certificate and the original Seafish Hull Certificate and verifying original specifications.
