Private person from Argentina is the owner of this fishing boat ( fullfroster ) with Russian origin.
The boat is actual located in Rosario / Argentina in a fresh water port (!!) and was never in used as a fishing boat. Only trip was from Russia to Rosario Port in Argentina in 1994. After this trip the former owner died and the boat got never in use. Actual owners plan was to use this boat for scientific purpose in the Antartic, but he could never setup a crew for this project. 2 years ago owner decided to sell this boat and cancel his plan.
The boat is totally equipped with new Radar and in very good conditions. The boat is not registered ( under no flag !! )
