My boat is lying in the Leicestershire / Rutland area where I planned to do some repairs and alterations over the winter before taking it back to Scotland this summer. Things have changed and I now have to sell the boat.
I have not tarted it up to sell, the work I have done recently, is what I was always going to do anyway along with other additions and alterations.
The whole thing is clean and tidy, no oil or filth lurking in the bilges.
I removed all the original paint down to the gel coat and repainted with Gelshield 200 a few years ago followed by a coating of Coppercoat.
I took the advice from the engine supplier and fitted a larger dia prop and now goes a treat. I have never thrashed it, but last year I did get it up to 7.5 kts for 15 mins, just a bit noisy !
Its happier doing 5 / 6 kts.
The engine cover is only 3/4 sound insulated, a job I never quite finished, finishing it off would make a big difference.
Two 50 litre diesel tanks ( I don’t know where I thought I was going to go ) fresh water tank.

I repainted the green part of the hull a couple of weeks ago because some local moron objected to seeing it parked outside the shed I rent and scratched some wavy lines on it.
Also included in the sale is the road trailer it sits on. This is galvanised and in good condition. I made / galvanised / and fitted a third axle to spread the weight a bit.
NOTE: you will need a Range Rover sized vehicle to pull it. My mates Jeep Cherokee takes it in its stride.
Also included in the sale is a small dinghy an Alfafax 2.5 metre oars and pump.
This too is clean and tidy. I have renewed the floor slats with “ proper” marine ply that I epoxy coated.
NOTE: the Mercury outboard shown on the ‘photo is NOT included as I require that for my next project.
You can view the boat pretty much any day as I’m retired and usually available.
Should you wish to see the engine running, this would require a bit of notice as would have to tow the thing outside to get it to a tap.
Also included are fenders, anchor / chain / anchorplait. Docklines, three bilge pumps, boathook etc.
